And just to add to that, for the business card eligibility, the exact wordage is "Offer not available to
existing Starwood Preferred Guest Business Credit Cardmembers." (Bolding is mine.) Hence you can also get the 30,000 bonus if you've already had a biz card as long as it is not currently open.
It may have the same wording for the personal version but since I'm currently using one I haven't checked to see.
