At a guess, they have moved the notional Club curtain back at least one row, requiring the system to extend the 'no seating until nearer the time' zone. Since you're already in it you're still there but others are blocked off. Pretty unlikely CE is going to be back to row 11 on the day I'd have thought though so you're probably safe, and will be able to maybe move forwards nearer the time when the curtain is (in theory) "fixed".
