I was talking to one of the Executives, Greg Peterson, about the same issue. He mentioned they were planning to have the Diamond check-in placed elsewhere. I waited over 10 minutes upon check-in as well and they were calling people from the other line over until I went there and said it should be time to switch the Elite line back on now.

Alot of the AAA Rates have breakfast included I recognized and these rates went for 74.15$ ! No wonder everyone is lining up. At check out they also messed up my billing again, parking is included in our Corporate Rate. They charged it and gave me a reciept. I complained and the girl said the CC has already been charged so would have to be reversed. However they put the money back on the CC the reservation was made with and not on the one I used for Room Charges. W T F ? I mean seriously, either tell the guest whats on his bill or print a folio but not run all charges and then present the printout.

Line at breakfast was horrid as well and room service leftovers all over the hallway the night I arrived.

The Manager promised to follow up but never did, this week I contacted the Hotel again to get an answer, I also demanded some GP points. He replied they cant compensate points and would upgrade me to a suite next time I stay. Sorry, but my stays at the Hyatt OC are never more than 10 hours at max. For that I dont need a suite. Will escalate my complaints to Hyatt Corporate now since the hotel doesnt seem to work on it (as we can all see by the reports here).
