Is this new? This morning AA FA (mainline) came through just before we left ORD and required us to all give him our carryon coffee cups. This was first time I've flown on mainline in several months, usually I'm on Eagle or UA flights. I made the comment "this is new" as I gave him my cup (thankfully it wasn't quite half full)...of course I was provided with a rather surly attitude for the next three hours.
