Take a "Remis" as soon as you get out of customs there are some stands. The two I have used are Manuel Tienda Leon (have a picture of a Lion) or Transfer express which is a bit cheaper. They accept all credit cards so you don't even need to change pesos. I would recommend against taking a regular taxi.

If budget is an issue take a shuttle bus from Manuel Tienda Leon and then a radio taxi cab to the hotel.
