Is access to the Grand Club a common upgrade at this property? I was given a room on the club level and asked about club access at check-in, but the desk agent gave me a coupon for breakfast instead of club access. I was a little surprised at this as a Diamond member. I checked and my key would not open the club (despite being around the corner from my room).
