My point is that this is all their fault. They are not making me whole. Having to spend money and not recoup it, and not getting your stuff back
is a double insult. Whereas, the lesser (get interim expenses AND your stuff back) is one insult, because you get your stuff back.

What gets me is that the response/compensation is inverse to the scenario
