The 4-star hotel in question is the Thistle. Check the website yourself, and look at the photos-- it's awesome. BTW, you could stay at the Hilton for something like GBP63.

I would like to stay near the opera (1er) or 6, 7e, but would like info on the general booking sites for the city.
