For Thanksgiving I will be flying on the 11:45 pm MIA-LHR flight and was wondering what people thought of the service, especially with regards to the meal (i.e. dinner and "Continental breakfast). I am thinking since the flight leaves so late that it would be better for them to give us a big breakfast and a late night snack.

For the return CDG-JFK I am on the 5:55 767-300. I imagine this is the standard "no-seatback TV" version? How's the food and check-in at CDG?

For my hotel in London, I managed to find a good, "brand name" 4 star hotel across Harrods at www.londontown.com for GBP45. Does anyone know of a similar web site for Paris (i.e. where can I find a good 4 star hotel at a reasonable off-season price). It seems from Expedia that I should expect the Paris hotel to be less than London.
