Seems that there's two camps when it comes to RJs. There's those for whom (one of) their primary route(s) has/have been downgraded from mainline to Eagle (and hence RJ service). Most in that camp hate the RJs with a passion. Then there's the other camp for whom their primary route(s) has/have been UPgraded from a prop to the ERJ (I'm in this camp). We tend to love 'em.

Up to 1h30 IMO the RJ is fine. However, having spent 5 hours plus on one thanks to a ground hold/weather/pilot/security issue I think anythong north of two hours is bordering on cruelty and would rather have a connection or fly someone else on larger gauge metal.
