Fee is now $140, unless flying into the small airport.

I'm sure the hotel could arrange a shuttle, but it would probably be more expensive than arranging it yourself. I'd guess a normal radio taxi would run $100 pesos, or the bus (Tienda Leon?), would run 40-50 pesos and get you close to the hotel.
