I think he was referring to that Android has various models for specific carriers, while there is only one Iphone for one carrier...

If you want Verizon, you can get the "Verizon Android", if you want Sprint you can get the "Sprint Andriod", etc...

IIRC, they will start offering Iphone for Verizon soon...
