I'm new to this...would it be possible to reserve online a fare with the S674ML code and then call AA and ticket it over the phone AND receive the discount?

Actually, I just posted on the Discount Code thread that I messed up last nite by ticketing over the phone - forgetting all about the discount codes. It's not that much money in this case, but is there a way to call today and have the discount applied to something already ticketed?

And, lastly (!)could someone please tell me what a CTO is? Thanks!
