I have had too many delayed flights that were supposed to land at say 11:45 PM, delayed 45 minutes + 40 minutes for luggage to arrive and walk outside and you are at 1:00 AM

Look at the morning need to get to the airport. 7:05AM flight - 1:30 (what the airlines say to check in - 15 minute drive to the airport - soon you need to be there before 5:30 AM.

So some valid complaints.
