You could not be more correct, maybe they should try and concentrate on running the airline.

Probably some deal where Thai Airways pays for everything and other outsiders get the profit, that is how it usually works.

I work with the biggest food reatiler in Thailand and all the expertise is from the West. I have many expat friends who are brought to Thailand, Asia and now India to show them how to be an international retailer.

So on a rating of 1-10 this comes in at about minus 99 as far as exspertise and a good idea is concerned.

Money would be better spent on customer servivce which is unfortunately an alien concept here, ah well maybe some day.
