I think that FS Hyatts that are immediately adjacent to airports should offer 24-hour shuttle service as a brand standard. Late night / early morning availability of the shuttle should be one of the things that differentiates the FS brand from the limited service & extended-stay brand categories.
I agree, there is no excuse for a Full Service airport property to not offer prompt, complimentary suttle service at all times. I think they need to have scheduled shuttle service during the times of all schedueled flights. At all other times the shuttle service should be "on call" and ready to pick up or drop off a guest promptly upon request.
