What do you mean? I suggested comping room service for Diamonds to the manager on duty I talked to on Sunday. He said room service came from the same restaurant and would just make room service slower. BTW, we did of course not wait in line for breakfast, it was worse than a Vegas buffet line. I observed the line from our "suite". We went elsewhere and paid for breakfast on Saturday and on Sunday the manager comped Starbucks instead of waiting.

But a Starbucks breakfast is hardly a solution or a good option compared to a good sit down breakfast.

BTW, it looked like the everyone staying at the property had free breakfast included in rate. It might be a good idea to not sell more rooms w breakfast packages than the restaurant can handle.

I observed the same thing as baliktad. The line for breakfast taking over the entire lobby was absolutely cheesy...

Whatever they do, they need to resolve these issues.
