But aren't those pretty much the same terms as any non-refundable ticket? I would think the Move-Up program trumps these rules since that is the intent of the Move-Up program. In fact, the Move Up terms specifically say: "This lower confirmation fee replaces the usual $150 change fee, plus any differences between your old fare and new fare, for non-refundable tickets."
