My seatmate on a YVR - PDX flight last Tuesday said that he saw Daniel Sedin waiting at a gate for a flight out to Las Vegas for the NHL Awards. Mentioned that he seemed friendly and talked to a lot of the people who came up and said hello. I was curious as to how anyone knew it was Daniel and not Henrik.
Considering it was Henrik Sedin who made the trip to Las Vegas and Daniel was/is already back in Sweden...I'd say your suspicions were on the mark.
