As I believed then (under GWB) the DHS leader is a figure head to an agency that is meant to calm the sheeple. Such a thing has NOT changed, IMO, simply because we elected BHO to replace GWB.

I dissent. I believe that her marching orders do NOT include the idea that she's to effect change on the TSA. You may disagree, but until we see any such CHANGE, I submit that I am right until that time.
