I have experienced a problem bad enough to complain about only once. And I really didn't complain - I made a request.
Last year we booked their most expensive package, the Platinum package, for a week. That includes just everything that is available, as well as custom planning, and is not inexpensive by any stretch of the imagination.
The week we went was the week Orlando recieved nearly 2 feet of rain (mid-May). We had tours and activities scheduled 2-3 times each day. We were able to take a fraction of them. As well, I fell off a Segway and hurt my knee and was unable to do the few tours that didn't involve being outside.
Because of all that, I wrote them asking if we could simply take the things we missed. I provided all reservation numbers so they could verify we didn't do the activity.
They were unable to replace most of the items, but did give us our choice of any 2 tours each available whenever we wanted to use them.
This year we decided to see if they would give us 4 day park hoppers instead of the 2 tours each, and they agreed. The value was approximately the same.
I'm surprised you got tickets at all from them for what you experienced. I would consider that a minor error on the part of a rep. Still, the tickets you received cannot be upgraded or swapped for longer tickets.
