Sounds very untypical, to be honest. My only problem with AddLee is their prices, which are steep (Chelsea to Heathrow £57 each-way - 35-40 minutes off-peak - plus a £10 surcharge on the return to cover car parking charges), but the trade-off is the good quality cars, decent drivers, guaranteed availability of a child seat and punctuality.
