Made it into the Wing this morning at around 09:15. Went into the dining area, ABSOLUTELY CRAZY! There were used plates, glasses... all over the place.

Anyway, went and got my usuals (OJ, dim-sum) and just found a spot big enough for me to put my breakfast (i.e. between two piles of used plates/glasses) and marched on.

Around 5 - 10 minutes later, an army of 4 lounge attendants came out and worked their way through the tables. After another 15 miuntes, the place was back to normal!!!^^

It seems that there is some problem with the way the management team is running CX at the moment. Standard seems to be slipping all the time.....
