I called the elite line, and she said she didn't know what I was looking at, but I'm on the list and I look good for the upgrade. Does this sound right, or was I rushed off the phone?
I'm new to CO Elite, so I want to make sure I understand correctly.

There is no EUA standby list. EUA runs independently of the airport upgrade list.
If you don't get your upgrade by the time you get to ORD, ask the ORD agents to add you to the list manually. Then verify that you're on the list. If you get any pushback, insist on it. You are not on the airport upgrade list until you can see it, no matter what they may say.
As others have pointed out, this is an airport function, so there's nothing anyone on the phone at CO can do about it.
