Yes, that's right....just giving the background to why I didn't use my correct name as it caused confusion in the past.

some properties are very strict.
i had a similar experience. one of my credit card reflects my middle name which i normally use but my spg card has my first name with initial of middle name. FD even refused to check-in but luckly i had my passport which has full name.
