The drivers I've had complain 90% of the time that I paid with credit card, assuring me that it would have been cheaper if I had paid in cash. Well, the convenience of booking and paying online definitely offsets the benefit of being nice to the driver, at least in my personal case

. It would be useful to receive a true invoice in PDF format rather than a VAT receipt in e-mail format, though.
And yes, I tend to tip about 8%-10% of the fare, the percentage decreasing when the fare increases.
Overall, I am quite satisfied with the service they provide, although you need to keep in mind that they cannot use taxi/bus lanes.
