Stayed a week here, booked a suite on the 24th Fl. Everything is good EXCEPT the attendants at the Regency Club. The reception girls were quite friendly but in the first few days of our stay there was a different girl there who kept asking our room number. Now the waiters during the morning and evening hours at RC: 2 words: inexperienced and rude. On our entire stay we went up for breakfast and at no time they learned our last names, one even told my wife not to touch the evening snacks as the reception begins at 5:30p (it was only 10 mins away), which we think it's totally uncalled for. Plates were slow to clear-not because the club was busy. When asked for half-and-half creamer during breakfast, I was told none available, only milk. I cannot fathom a hotel like this caliber has no creamer in stock! I rather they let me have breakfast at the restaurant downstairs to avoid these problems. I stayed at the TST HR and the RC service there is much more personal and professional.
