Hi everyone,

Once again my fickle and finicky parents are going to try and scoot in a trip to london. They have some upgrades that expire in early December that cannot be extended. I see that
there maybe some availability out of EWR and I was wondering what the service and connections may be like.

The EXP desk had done a stellar job of securing them great connections and great seats and then they decided not to go. Now they want to rebook and they may have to go with not such great connections.

Any ideas? They are flying san-lon somewhere in the next two weeks and staying for a week or so.
