Looks like you've got a few days.

I'd spend at least 1 day in Calgary proper.

I'd then go to Banff and and do an overnight. Nice, quaint village that Jasper doesn't have.

You could go to the Columbia Glacier (I think that's what it's called) and take a tour on the glacier itself.
