What is "schedule change due to air traffic control"?
Yesterday I was booked on UA 305 YVR (Vancouver) to SFO. It was supposed to leave at 1:14 PM but delayed till 5:15 PM due to "air traffic control".

What does that mean?

The other YVR SFO flights left on time all day. I am unable to find where UA 305 originated.
