But since the Boing person is responding, perhaps you could PM her in hopes that they'll do something about it for future travelers & even maybe yourself on future trips
. Complaining here lets you vent, but giving someone at Boing who's willing to look into it w/ what sounds more than just the standard we'll check into it might be more fruitful. I'm just sayin...
