So in summary, you: (a CO PE)
- Got a good fare to Hawaii
- Encountered generally chipper employees
- Had mostly on-time flights from the #1 on-time airline*
- Got free Economy Plus seating
- Bought BoB food that you eventually found to be fun
- Got rebooked in E+ by unhelpful LAX staff due to WX irrops to make your connection
- Are unhappy that your 5 hr Hawaiian vacation got shortened to 2.5 hrs
- Wrote customer service about your shortened vacation
Sounds like a pretty good experience overall. Looks to me like the bad and ugly were not really much of either. I'd hate to see what you think of things when they
really hit the fan.
