Quick question...any opinions on the quality of Air Canada's Executive First seats and service versus Continental Business First to China?

I am getting ready to book a trip to Beijing in September and the AC fare EWR through YYZ is $2,400 less than CO direct from EWR.

Also, are there any issues traveling to China though Canada versus directly from the USA.
