Beginning November 2, the A1-A15 and C2-C16 ticket counters will become Self-Service Check-In only locations. Passengers with electronic tickets can check their bags and obtain boarding passes for flights within the US, Puerto Rico, and the US Virgin Islands at these two locations. Personnel will be on-hand to assist with the check-in process. Passengers needing to purchase or exchange tickets, or those traveling on international flights or holding paper tickets, should use any of American's other five full service ticket counters.
