Overall yes

- Which room did you book and which upgrade did you receive?
Booked cheapest room on corporate rate. Approx. two week in advance PC website showed "Club Executive Suite", two days in adsvance it showed "Executive Suite" and finally upon check-in was given a "Club City View Room". I had a print-out of the reservation showing Club Executive Suite, the agent initially said that no suites are available and checked with the duty manager in the back, finally offering a suite without club access . Well, I know the policy is either Suite or Club, however, they should honor the printed reservation. I was too tired to argue at midnight and travelling alone with not much time spent in the room, I took the Club room.

- How are the rooms?
Quite small, but well appointed. No bathtub.

- How is the exec. lounge?
As mentioned in previous reviews, it's one of the nicest lounges worldwide, great views, good service. I was well worth to choose Club access over a Suite.

- What was good and what was bad?

- great minibar (everything was free, automatically restocked daily)


not much, just the disappointment with gradually reduced RA upgrade

- Value for $ or Priority Club Points? Would you return?
Very good corporate rate and used old BOGO.
