- Which room did you book and which upgrade did you receive?
Used points for deluxe room and BOGO for 2 dbl bed deluxe room. Upgraded one week prior to 2 dbl bed exec suite.

- How are the rooms?
As a combination of 2 rooms, very large. No wear and tear visible. 2 flatscreens with Bose radios. Dining room table made it a nice place to relax after a long day.

- How is the exec. lounge?
N/A

- What was good and what was bad?
+ Location was perfect for enjoying the sites and museums.
+ RA Gift of wine along with the AMB fruit plate which was great as usual.
+Minibar was replenished twice with no questions.
- Computers were being upgraded at front desk so check-in took about ten minutes.
- Difficult to open closet in bedroom because of small hallway and proximity to bedroom door.
- Only one minibar.
- Being picky, but I usually enjoy the rooms facing Penn Ave and Washington Monument.

- Value for $ or Priority Club Points? Would you return?
Very good value. Paid 389 (plus tax, valet) for 3 nights. Usually travel with government rate, and the Willard never disappoints. Can't wait to get back to DC.
