There's a learning curve involved.

1. I keep getting reminders to use a password to access my voicemail when I wasn't even trying to get my voicemail.

2. I used to double-click the round button to access my "favorites" (phone numbers). Now it does it something else and I don't know what that "something else" is.

3. Having trouble accessing TruPhone.... I downloaded the update last night and still have trouble. Calls are dropped easily if I am able to make it.

But overall, there are nice features: there's a home screen and a another screen.... the phone seems to work faster. I like the folder features.... haven't got the knack of the multi-tasking... I will though.
