The hugely long breakfast line was about the only sore point on my stay as well. We waited about 25 minutes, and by the time we were seated, the line was twice as long. I don't know if a Diamond line would be appropriate here; perhaps a confirmed reservation time would better suit business travellers on a fixed schedule. At the very least they could set up some stanchions and form a real line. The way it snakes through the lobby is very unappealing.
