Saturday morning had an early flight out IAD --> ORD --> MKE
On Friday night there were a number of delayed/cancelled flights due to weather and there were gradeschool kids all over the terminal from being cancelled the night before.

Gave up my seat for $400 and got out on the next flight 3 hours later.
