"Suites" has no windows except in the bedroom. Very dark. Tiny bathrooms
Pools are way to small for this property. When I stayed there, one of the pools were closed from 2-9PM due to a wedding. The smaller pool was open, but absolutely overcrowded.
TV had an issue, called to get it fixed, nobody ever showed up

Talked to the manager about the issues I had and got a night comped. At the cheap rate I had, the compensation doesn't persuade me to go back
Seems like with the summer holidays and the tourists the place gets more and more a little overcrowded. Maybe they should install a fest track line for Diamonds at the restaurant. For Business Travellers it is not acceptable to wait 45 minutes for a table just to have breakfast. I dont find the pool worth noting in the first place but anyway together with an event poolside I can see the plan falling completely.

I like the somewhat bringhter colours used at this property and the renovation work. One comped night so 50%... sounds reasonable however it cant make a bad stay good. Maybe 10.000 Points would have been a better option.
