In 2009, before Wyndham took Southwest Airlines as a partner, mine posted pretty fast. Now, trying to get a Southwest credit, its taking forever this year.

That is not to imply that Southwest is the problem. Indeed, Wyndham could take a lesson or two in customer service from Southwest.
