Sheraton Gunter in San Antonio was so bad last month that I complained and they ended up comping me parking. But that kind of defeats the purpose; my problem wasn't with parking. Fix the stupid Internet and make it usable.

I've not usually had trouble with the Internet service at the very new Aloft Houston Galleria, but last week it was pretty slow, even on the wired connection. I finally gave up and tethered my laptop to my Nexus One via the phone's wi-fi, as T-Mobile's 3G service was about five times faster than the hotel's Internet service.
