What to do? 4-hour transit between MAD-Charmartin; 6 hours between Atocha-MAD
Hello all,

I googled, "google-mapped," and also looked around FT but couldn't find anything to answer my question.

Basically, I've got 4.5 hours to get from MAD (Barajas) to Charmartin. I've figured out to take Metro #8 and then Metro #10, but then I'm not too sure how to best spend my time for the remaining 4 hours.

Also, on the way back, I've got 6 hours to get from Atocha to MAD (Barajas). I'm reading online to take the Cercanias Regional Train to Metro #8. Is that the best way? If so, is it easy to get the Cercanias ticket at Atocha?... Also, same question as before: What would you do with the remaining 5+ hours? I've heard that the Atocha station is a nice place to tour or at least relax.

Any thoughts appreciated!

(Edit: I leave on July 3rd, so info before then is appreciated!)
