Yes, Qamtas sell watches as part of their in-flight duty-free inventory. Otherwise visit somewhere like Brookstone before you leave the US - they just may sell metric time pieces. The good old fashioned wrist-worn sun dial is always a good option, but make sure you have it adjusted for use on the southern hemisphere berfore you leave - the increased angle of the sun's rays means you need a 15 metric degree adjustment for it to function correctly here.
