Actually you just arrive at the new local time. One day in March, there was quite a lively discussion in the J galley about the time that we would arrive at LHR (funny that one says "in London" "at London sounds as though you are at the outskirts which at LHR you are). I knew that the UK had gone on British Summer Time at the last weekend in March but not even the Captain realised that. Thus instead of arriving at 13.10. we got in at 14.10. (In fact because this was AA we landed early).
