Daylight Savings Time Changes

As the end of Dayligh Savings approaches obviously the airlines must adjust their schedules for that one night. In October when we "fall back" an hour I would imagine it is not a problem for redeye flights, you just arrive an hour early that one day. What do airlines do in April at the start of Daylight Savings with their redeye services? I would imagine arriving an hour late to your destination that day would throw off planned usage of the plane, connections for passengers etc. Does anyone know what AA and other airlines that operate redeyes do on that night?
