I always book the last seat in the middle section. If that is booked, or reserved for crew rest, I take one of the window seats in the last row of BF. With these seats, I can go to full recline after takeoff and sleep the entire flight. Helped, of course, by silicon earplugs, eyemask, a wee-bit-o-wine, and medication.
