Just completed a stay - a couple things that may not have been mentioned:
City of Anaheim runs a Disneyland shuttle for $4.00 for all day transport that leaves from the Embassy Suites next door, tickets are purchased inside that hotel.

Hyatt has a free shuttle to Disneyland, leaving every 30 minutes on the hour and half hour, and leaves Disney on the return at 20 min and 50 min after the hour. Why pay for the Embassy Suite transport?
We stay here every year for our annual Disney trip for the past 7 years. The kids consider the rides on the white bus to and from the parks as part of the Disney experience.
