I have 2 questions on a dog in the cabin: 1) Where is the dog put in the cabin? I don't think I would be too happy if I was sitting next to a dog carrier or it was taking up some of my limited leg room. 2) What happens if the dog needs to urinate (or worst) or does urinate or do worst? I do not know how long this flight is but I know I usually use the bathroom at least once on a flight over 2 hours long.

I know I am fairly new around here, I hope to actually get good answers and not flamed over this. FWIW I own a dog, but I do not think I would ever put him on a plane.
