I paid GBP18 at the machine last week for a single HEX ticket; it's GBP23 on board. You can buy a ticket online for GBP16.50 and if you have a BA OLCI boarding pass and pay the online fare that will also get you a first class upgrade (which is quite a bit nicer than standard class).
